House-museum of writer Alexander Stepanovich Green (Grinevsky, 1880-1932), art gallery located on the street, in a one-story house built in the early XX century. The facade is decorated with the large painting "Brigantine", and in front of the ship are the anchor with the rod and part of the foremast. In this house lived a writer for five years - from 1924 to 1929. Greene created his best works: "Running on waves", "Golden Chain", "The road anywhere," "Jessie and Morgiana."
The museum opened July 9, 1970, on the eve of the 90th anniversary of the writer. The exposition is devoted to pages of the Crimean life and work of the writer. Here are kept the first edition of Green's books, handwritten pages of unfinished novels "touchy" and "King of the Flies" as well as translations of works by Alexander Grin in many languages. Museum's funds total more than 5000 original exhibits.
