Architectural ornament of the village are the houses and cottages built mid XIX - early XX centuries. In 1828 the owners were the representatives of the family Simeiza industrialists Maltsov. At the beginning of the XX century a large part of the property was sold under Maltsov building summer cottages. In the center of the villa are Simeiz "Xenia" and "Dream". Villa "Xenia" was built in 1911 by renowned architect Krasnov IP in a modernist style with elements of Nordic architecture. Villas in appearance "Dream" is expressed oriental direction of Art Nouveau.
