In 1863, near a stone built church of St. Paraskeva, and a year later when it opened the monastery. Prioress of the monastery became a recluse from the neighboring village of Constantine Kishlav, was tonsured with the name of St. Paraskeva. Hermit settled on the future site of the monastery before the temple grounds - in the 50s of XIX century.
In 1928 the monastery was closed. The revival of the monastery began only in 1992. Currently, the monastery are two churches - St. Paraskeva and Mother of God icon "Joy of All Who Sorrow."
Near the monastery beats several sources - the source of St. Paraskeva, St. George, the Three Hierarchs (Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian and John Chrysostom). There is a belief that bathing in them, brings healing eye diseases, blood vessels and joints. If you want to get water at the source, you can bring a bottle.
