In 1878, Prince Golitsyn was founded in the name of "New World"  factory of sparkling wines. Here were built the winery, cellars, home to employees.   Prince landed estates in the five hundred varieties of grapes, and began experiments on the manufacture of champagne.   As a result of hard work have been selected five varieties of grapes, which became the basis for local sparkling wines: reds - Pinot Franc and Murvedr and white - Chardonnay, Riesling and Aligote.   It is these varieties are still used for the manufacture of the Crimean wine-makers of white sparkling wines.  

In the 1880-1890-ies at the plant produced the first batch of high-quality sparkling wines under the brand names "Paradise" and "New World".   Champagne once earned fame.   In 1900 at the World Exhibition in Paris novosvetovskoe champagne has received the highest award - the Grand Prix Cup.   Prince reached his goal - brought champagne to the world level, has achieved recognition in the best wine-producing countries: France, Italy and Germany.  
Subsequently, the champagne, "New World" was given the name "Coronation" because it was served at the gala dinner in Moscow for the coronation of Tsar Nicholas II in 1896.

Today the factory of sparkling wines "New World" produces 2.5 million bottles of champagne a year.   The range of works presented on 18 brands of sparkling wines.   For the production of champagne novosvetov-ray only the best Crimean wine stocks.   The territory of the plant are conducted exciting tours, during which the visitors visiting the old paupers, tsynskie cellars, where the champagne is matured and become acquainted with the technology and manufacturing processes of the Crimean classic champagne.   The tour also includes a tasting of excellent sparkling wines, produced at the "New World".
